WE ARE MULTI-BRAND

PAST PROJECTS

KARRIMOR, Bowness-On-Windermere

In 2000 we instigated and trialled a concession arrangement with Karrimor.  Its success led us to pioneer the first Karrimor brand store a year later, in the Lake District.  This revolutionary store broke new ground, being one of the earliest dedicated brand stores in the UK outdoor industry.  Within a year we opened a second store and Karrimor used the model we had developed with them to open another 25 stores.  Sadly, this hugely successful project was brought to a sudden end when Sports Direct bought the Karrimor brand.  Adrian North was delighted to be joined by Janet Anderson, the then Minister for Tourism, to open the store.

TIMBERLAND, York

In 2013 we opened a Timberland franchise store in York. The building presented some challenges as it dated from as early as the 14th Century. However, it provided a stunning environment in which to showcase this international brand.

THE NORTH FACE, York

Having surplus space, we split the Timberland store in 2014 to create a North Face franchise. Despite initial success, operational and strategic issues working with VF led to both our Timberland and The North Face stores closing in 2016.
