The Hi-Tec Altitude Lite IV WP JR children’s boot are an excellent price for what you get. There is a conventional upper with reasonable stiffness in the sole and toe box for protection and support on irregular terrain. Underfoot there is a good cushioning plus a very grippy pattern of lugs for the mud.
