Returns Policy
Faulty Items
Please return any faulty items to our address below. Please include a note saying what the problem is and your details. Please also include a copy of your receipt or other proof of postage. We will endeavor to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but may need to send goods away to be tested. We are usually able to deal with faulty goods in 10 working days (two weeks).
Unwanted Items
We are happy to refund any item bought from Edge of the World as long as it is returned in new condition with all labels attached and within 30 days of purchase.
Please Note
We will only accept clean goods for any return. This is especially so for footwear. It is part of health and safety law that staff are not allowed to handle dirty items. (If your last walk took you through a farmyard who knows what is on the soles of your boots!) Any such items will be returned to the sender at their expense or disposed of.
