Faulty Items

Please return any faulty items to our Address on the Contacts page. Please include a note saying what the problem is and your details. Please also include a copy of your receipt or other proof of postage. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but may need to send goods to be tested. We are usually able to deal with faulty goods in 10 working days (Two weeks)

Un-wanted items

We are happy to refund any item bought from us so long as it is returned in as new condition including labels within 30 days of purchase.

Please note we will only accept clean goods for any return. This is especially so of boots. It is part of Health and Safety law that the staff are not allowed to handle dirty items. Any such items sent to us will be returned to the sender for cleaning before any action is taken on them.
